St. David’s Round Rock (Texas) Medical Center, part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, has appointed Amanda McCann as its new CFO.
Ms. McCann stepped into the role Sept. 14. She most recently served as CFO of Heart Hospital of Austin, where she oversaw financial reporting and managed $20 million in capital improvement investments, including clinical equipment and facility upgrades, the health system said in a news release shared with Becker’s.
Before that, she was assistant CFO at St. David’s Medical Center and director of finance for HCA Healthcare’s Central and West Texas Division.
“Amanda has a proven track record of guiding financial strategy while also supporting teams who deliver excellent patient care within our system,” JW Newman, CEO of St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, said. “Her leadership will play a key role in advancing our hospital’s mission and ensuring we continue to serve the Williamson County community with the highest level of care.”
