AdventHealth Lenexa (Kan.) City Center, a new hospital opening in July, has named Mark Brady, MD, as chief medical officer.
Dr. Brady has worked as an anesthesiologist at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in Merriam, Kan., for 27 years. As CMO of the new 96-bed hospital, he will oversee clinical operations and ensure physicians are represented in strategic decision making, according to a May 27 news release.
Over the past year, AdventHealth Lenexa City Center has been building out its C-suite team. Most recently, Rodney Allen II was appointed vice president and CFO and Teresa Noland, RN, BSN, was named vice president and chief nursing officer. Sissel Jacob was previously selected to serve as president and CEO.
The hospital will soon become the first and only full-service inpatient facility in Lenexa. It is part of Altamonte, Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth.
