Reston (Va.) Hospital Center, part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, has named Henrietta Skeens its new CFO.
Ms. Skeens joins the 231-bed hospital from Marquette, Mich.-based UP Health System, where she served as CFO since May 2022, according to a June 10 LinkedIn post from Reston Hospital Center.
At UP Health System, Ms. Skeens strengthened the organization through a hands-on, mentoring leadership style that emphasized both operational excellence and talent development, according to the post. She led initiatives that “retained top talent, enhanced operational efficiency, and aligned financial performance with the delivery of patient care.”
She previously served as CFO of Galax, Va.-based Twin County Regional Healthcare, which is affiliated with Duke LifePoint Healthcare, a joint venture between Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health and Durham, N.C.-based Duke Health.
