105 COO moves in 2022

Here are 105 hospital and health system COO moves that have been reported by Becker's in 2022:

1. Michael Barbera, MSN, RN, was named COO of HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital in Port St. Lucie.

2. Randolph Howard Jr. was named COO of Catholic Health's St. Catherine of Siena Hospital in Smithtown, N.Y.

3. Kathy Donovan, MSN, RN, was named COO of Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System.

4. Keith Biddle was named COO of Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, W.Va.

5. Brian Argo, executive vice president and COO of Conway (S.C.) Medical Center, will assume the role of CEO. 

6. Joseph Khayat was named COO of Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Fla. 

7. Liz Longmore, MSN, was named senior vice president and COO of Stamford (Conn.) Health.

8. Rob Allen, COO of Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare, was selected as the new president and CEO.

9. Michael Ash, MD, was named executive vice president and COO of Omaha-based Nebraska Medicine.
