Dr. Ash had previously been the health system’s executive vice president and chief transformation officer. He will oversee inpatient, ambulatory and surgical services, as well as IT, according to his LinkedIn page.
He replaces Cory Shaw, who is leaving to become president and CEO of Cincinnati-based UC Health.
