Joe Dant and Sean O'Grady were promoted to newly created system roles at Evanston, Ill.-based Endeavor Health.

Carolyn Sparks has been named CEO of Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Ky., after serving as interim CEO since May.

Andy Guz has been named CEO of Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Fla., effective Sept. 15, according to an Aug. 27 news release.

Brandi Stegall, MSN, RN, has been named chief nursing officer at Medical City Fort Worth, a 378-bed acute care hospital in Texas.

HCA Healthcare, a for-profit hospital operator based in Nashville, Tenn., has appointed new CEOs at hospitals in multiple markets this year.

Bill Vobejda has been appointed president and CEO of Methodist Fremont Health in Omaha, Neb.

Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, a 188-hospital system is estimating revenues of up to $72 billion in 2024 and has appointed several new CFOs at hospitals in multiple markets this year.

Brunswick-based Southeast Georgia Health System has named Eric Jolly vice president of finance, according to an Aug. 26 post on his LinkedIn page. 

Roger Mitchell Jr., MD, was named president of Howard University Hospital under the management agreement between Gaithersburg, Md.-based Adventist HealthCare and Washington, D.C.-based Howard University, as they explore a long-term partnership.

UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fla., has tapped John Hollingsworth, MD, as chief quality officer. He stepped into the position Aug. 26. 

Jason Chang was promoted to CEO of Honolulu-based The Queen's Health Systems.

Anthony Powers, BSN, RN, was named chief administrative officer of two Hospital Sisters Health System hospitals in Illinois.
