Florida hospital names chief nursing officer

Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla., has named Colleen Thielk, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer.

Ms. Thielk has spent more than 25 years in healthcare delivery and management roles, according to a Feb. 6 news release from the hospital, which is part of Palm Beach Health Network. 

She is the former regional vice president of operations for Plano, Texas-based Intuitive Health’s Florida and Delaware markets. 

Good Samaritan Medical Center is a 333-bed acute care hospital with a 22-bay emergency department.
