    Marna Borgstrom will retire as CEO of Yale New Haven (Conn.) Health next March and will be succeeded by the health system's president, Christopher O’Connor, according to a statement shared with Becker's Sept. 15.

    Patrick Kelly has been appointed president and CEO of the Nevada Hospital Association in Reno. He succeeds Bill Welch, who will continue as a consultant until his retirement Dec. 31.
  • Beaumont's human resources chief heads to UnityPoint

    Aaron Gillingham is the new chief human resources officer of UnityPoint Health, effective Oct. 18. 
  • Hazel Hawkins Memorial names interim chief clinical officer

    Barbara Anne Vogelsang, MSN, RN, was appointed interim chief clinical officer at Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital in Hollister, Calif. She assumed the role Sept. 7.
  • North Memorial Health names CNO

    Robbinsdale, Minn.-based North Memorial Health has made Molly Reagan, RN, its permanent vice president of patient care and chief nursing officer, effective immediately. She has served in the role in an interim capacity since October 2020, a news release shared with Becker's Sept. 14 said.

    Marisela Marrero, MD, has been named the first president of Dallas-based Steward Health Care's South Florida region. She will oversee the five hospitals the health system acquired from Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare in August.

    Savannah, Tenn.-based Hardin Medical Center has named Jim Edmondson its new CEO, effective Oct. 18.

    Matthew Logan, MD, has been named president and CEO of Greenwood, S.C.-based Self Regional Healthcare, effective Dec. 21. He will succeed Jim Pfeiffer, who is retiring.

  • Steward Health Care names president of newly acquired hospital

    Michael Bell has been appointed president of Florida Medical Center in Lauderdale Lakes, part of Dallas-based Steward Health Care. The location is one of five South Florida hospitals acquired by Steward from Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare in August, according to a news release shared with Becker's Sept. 13.
  • Floyd County Medical Center names new CEO

    Dawnett Willis has been appointed CEO of Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City, Iowa, effective Oct. 4.
  • Memorial Sloan Kettering names chief nurse executive

    Tracy Gosselin, PhD, RN, has been appointed senior vice president, chief nurse executive and chair of nursing at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, effective in November. She will succeed Elizabeth McCormick, who is retiring after more than two decades with the organization.
