Ms. Conn is CEO of Coshocton (Ohio) Regional Medical Center, also part of Prime. She has helmed East Liverpool on an interim basis since March 5, according to a June 28 news release.
She will begin working at East Liverpool on a full-time basis on July 1, the release said.
