Dr. Brenner will replace Audrey Meyers, who served as CEO since 1999 and will assume the role of system CEO emeritus, according to a July 1 email release shared with Becker’s.
As CEO, Dr. Brenner will oversee the vision, strategy, future programs and operations of three entities: the Valley Hospital, Valley Home Care, and Valley Medical Group.
Ms. Meyers will oversee the repurposing of Valley Health System-Ridgewood Campus, including the relocation of clinical services and business functions to other locations and expanding the continuum of healthcare services at the Ridgewood campus.
