1. Construction progresses at new Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center
Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health is one step closer to completing its new medical center in Mint Hill, N.C. The project is estimated to create about 400 jobs.

2. University of Louisiana officials to move forward with plans for medical school
The University of Louisiana at Monroe plans to bring a private college of osteopathic medicine to the campus. The program is expected to create more than 100 jobs.

3. Mercy Health plans $56M medical facility: 4 things to know
Cincinnati-based Mercy Health plans to build a $56.3 million facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. The facility is expected to create nearly 200 jobs.

4. Novant Health to add 100 jobs with $49M expansion at Clemmons Medical Center
About 100 new jobs will be added to Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health's Clemmons Medical Center when the project is completed this year.
