Premier Health hospital in Ohio unveils $40M expansion

Englewood, Ohio-based Good Samaritan North Health Center, a part of Dayton, Ohio-based Premier Health, is investing $40 million in service expansions, according to a 2 News report.

Here are three things to know about the project.

1. Good Samaritan plans to increase its inpatient capacity by 46 beds and will add five operating rooms.

2. Good Samaritan officials said the hospital aims to increase the number of orthopedic and joint surgeries performed at the facility.

3. The expansion is expected to add 65 jobs and reach completion in late 2018.
