2. He has prior experience as COO of Dallas Medical Center and associate administrator at Midwest Regional Medical Center in Midwest City, Okla.
3. He holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida, Orlando.
4. Mr. Barnhart is the permanent successor to Coleman Foss, who resigned in January.
