The platform will give Tufts employees access to a “prescriptive journey” that aims to help them become more resilient, empathetic and emotionally intelligent, according to a May 2 press release.

MeQuilibrium will also provide Tufts with access to data and analytics so that it can target behavior change and mitigate any risks that could hinder employee well-being and performance.
