Asheville, N.C.-based Mission Health hired Don Esposito to serve as general counsel, effective Nov. 2, according to a Mountain Xpress report.
Here are four notes:
1. Mr. Esposito most recently served vice president of legal services and general counsel at Raleigh, N.C.-based UNC Rex Healthcare.
2. He has previously served as assistant attorney general for the North Carolina Department of Justice.
3. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and American Health Lawyers Association.
4. He succeeds Ann Young, who is retiring.
