Chesapeake (Va.) Regional Healthcare appointed Elisa Wills chief development officer for the Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation.

1. Ms. Wills comes to Chesapeake from the American Heart Association of Hampton Roads, where she served as executive director and vice president of development.
2. At AHA of Hampton Roads, she reorganized the volunteer structure for all local AHA events as well as enhanced donor relationships and communication.
3. Ms. Wills previously worked as the area executive director of the American Cancer Society in Hampton Roads.
