The organizations joined together to create OHSU Partners in November 2015.
Under the transition agreement, Salem Health transferred its membership interest in OHSU Partners to OHSU.
In an emailed statement to Becker’s Hospital Review, a spokesperson for Salem Health said since forming their affiliation, OHSU and Salem Health have “identified specific aspects of the structure that were not serving the two organizations optimally.”
The spokesperson said the organizations will continue to maintain their joint programs, including a pediatric specialty clinic and a pediatric hospitalist program, among others.
