1. Most recently, Mr. Wampler was vice president of finance and lean initiatives at Mountain States Health Alliance in Johnson City, Tenn.
2. In his new role as CFO of Pardee, Mr. Wampler will be responsible for financial operations, including revenue cycle, accounting and capital planning.
3. Mr. Wampler is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
