5. Mr. Van Donkelaar joined Capella in January 2006 as controller of WillametteValleyMedicalCenter in McMinnville, Ore., and was promoted to CFO in 2008, serving facilities in Alabama and Tennessee.
6. Mr. Van Donkelaar earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in accounting from DavenportUniversity in Grand Rapids, Mich.
