1. Most recently, Ms. Heeter served as interim director of Campbell County Health’s Powder River Surgery Center in Gillette.

2. She has also held executive-level positions in surgical hospital operations.

3. Ms. Heeter is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

4. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
