Augusta Health (Fishersville, Va.). Augusta Health opened its doors to patients in 1994. Today, the hospital houses 255 beds and its staff includes 200 active physicians. Augusta Health has been named to Healthgrades’ list of America’s 50 Best Hospitals each year from 2015 to 2017. This year, the hospital also earned Healthgrades’ awards for joint replacement, orthopedic surgery and pulmonary care excellence.
