2. FirstEnergy is an investor-owned electric distribution company network.
3. Prior to working at Providence St. Joseph Health, Mr. Pierre-Louis was technology director and chief information security officer at University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
4. Mr. Pierre-Louis also previously worked at IBM Internet Security Systems as an information security consultant.
5. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and is currently pursuing a PhD in system and engineering management from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.
