2. Dr. Beirl became interim CEO of the hospital and senior living community in April.
3. Previously, he served as director of lean process improvement for Regional Enterprises, Hayward Area Memorial’s parent.
4. He earned his MBA in rural healthcare from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minn.
5. He succeeds Timothy Gullingsrud, who resigned.
