Here are five things to know:
1. Most recently, Ms. Grill served as executive vice president of the hospital.
2. She worked at EAMC since 1992, when she joined the organization as director of cardiology.
3. Ms. Grill is currently the hospital’s CEO-in-waiting. She will assume additional leadership responsibilities later this year, taking on the CEO role full time on Oct. 1, 2018.
4. She succeeds Terry Andrus, who will retire in October 2018.
5. Mr. Andrus will serve in an advisory role as president emeritus of the hospital after he retires.
