Bradley Chapman to serve as Penn Highlands Elk president: 3 points

DuBois, Pa.-based Penn Highlands Healthcare appointed Bradley J. Chapman president of Penn Highlands Elk in St. Marys, Pa., according to The Progress.

1. Most recently, Mr. Chapman served as vice president of administration at Auburn (N.Y.) Community Hospital.

2. Prior to that, he was an associate administrator at Oswego (N.Y.) Hospital.

3. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
