2. His previous leadership positions with Appalachian Regional Healthcare System include vice president of outpatient services and programs as well as senior vice president for corporate services.
3. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
4. He holds a master’s degree in public health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
5. Mr. Mantooth is succeeding Richard Sparks, who is retiring.
