Oracle Chair and Chief Technology Officer Larry Ellison's new net worth of $129.8 billion makes him the fourth-richest person in the world, Bloomberg reported June 12.
The majority of Mr. Ellison's wealth, according to Bloomberg, has been accumulated from his stake in Oracle. Currently, Mr. Ellison is the largest stockholder in the company, owning 42.9 percent of its shares.
With this new net worth, Mr. Ellison surpasses Bill Gates, whose net worth is currently $129.1 billion, according to the publication.
