Mr. Lubarsky is responsible for financial operations, managed care contracting, revenue cycle, health information management and supply chain management for Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Before joining Thomas Jefferson, Mr. Lubarsky gained experience as a financial officer at other Philadelphia-area healthcare organizations, as well as at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Outside of his CFO duties, he has served as treasurer of HealthShare Exchange of Southeastern Pennsylvania and on numerous area boards. He is a certified public accountant.
