In a recent press release, Cornerstone Health Solutions (CHS) announced its selection as Heywood Healthcare’s Specialty Pharmacy partner.
Cornerstone and Heywood’s partnership is designed to lower costs, expand access to care, support medication adherence and outcomes for patients with complex chronic conditions.
Patients receiving specialty therapies often require education, clinical management, and ongoing support to remain adherent to their complex therapy regimens and manage side effects. In addition, specialty medications can be costly; increasing challenges for patients to access these critical therapies.
