The suit claims the drugmaker falsely said there were “no reports of adverse events” and promised a full refund for two recalled thyroid drugs, Nature-Throid and WP Thyroid, according to a Dec. 29 news release from the attorney general’s office.

The specifics of the suit are redacted, but the attorney general’s office is asking for full compensation for those who bought the drugs before their recall in 2017.
