The Hermann (Mo.) Area District Hospital board of directors voted unanimously to approve a management agreement with St. Louis-based Mercy Health System, emissourian.com reported May 1.
Through the partnership, Mercy will oversee management operations at the hospital and clinics. However, Hermann clinicians will remain employed by the hospital.
The deal is effective June 1.
