Jacksonville, Fla.-based Baptist Health will build a $200 million, full-service hospital on its campus in Fleming Island, Fla.

The 300,000-square-foot hospital will have 100 beds and an intensive care unit and will house cardiology and women's services.

Baptist Health officials said the facility will create up to 700 jobs.
