14 rehab, SNF leaders on the move

Here are 14 rehabilitation and nursing home leaders stepping into new roles:

  1. Orlando (Fla.) Rehabilitation Hospital appointed Lisa Kloc its CEO.

  2. Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital in Carmel, Ind., appointed Andrea Cyr, DO, medical director.

  3. Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Richmond (Va.) appointed Jim Miller as CEO.

  4. Rome (N.Y.) Health's nursing home named Daniel Kemp assistant administrator.

  5. John "Joe" Griffin was appointed CEO of Saint Alphonsus Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Boise, Idaho.

  6. The Danish Home of Chicago appointed Danielle Santore, BSN, RN, as director of nursing.

  7. Dorothy "Dodi" Purtell was named CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fitchburg (Wis.).

  8. Milwaukee Rehabilitation Hospital at Greenfield (Wis.) appointed Shelley Stubbendeck CEO.

  9. Nancy Littlefield, DNP, RN, became the CEO of Hospice of the Piedmont after serving as another system's chief nursing officer for about seven years. 

  10. Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Jacksonville (Fla.) appointed Curtis Whetzel, DPT, as its new CEO.

  11. Pine Bluff, Ark.-based Jefferson Regional and Nashville, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Rehabilitation named Mary Daggett as CEO of their upcoming rehabilitation and behavioral health hospital.

  12. Courtney Hulett was named director of the Post-Acute Care center at Osage Beach, Mo.-based Lake Regional Health System.

  13. Whitney Luke, MD, was appointed chair of physical medicine and rehabilitation at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus after serving as interim chair since July 2021.

  14. Pablo Celnik, MD, was named CEO of Chicago-based Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
