Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Richmond (Va.) appointed Jim Miller as CEO.
Mr. Miller stepped into his role at the 40-bed inpatient rehab hospital in November. Previously, he served as vice president of operations at HCA Medical City McKinney (Texas).
