Ann Arbor, Mich.-based St. Joseph Mercy Health System has completed its acquisition of Michigan Heart, a cardiology practice based in Superior Township, Mich., according to a AnnArbor.com report.
St. Joseph has said it will retain all employees from the 33-physician practice, which has eight locations.
The terms of the deal, which was originally announced in November, were not disclosed.
In October, St. Joseph Mercy agreed to merge with IHA, a 150-physician group.
