Mr. Gross most recently served as COO of Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Webster, Texas. Both Clear Lake and Plantation General are affiliates of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA. Prior to his time at Clear Lake, Mr. Gross served as COO of Osceola Regional Medical Center in Kissimmee, Fla.
