8 latest hospital, health system executive resignations

Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following recent hospital and health system executive resignations.

They are listed below, in alphabetical order.

1. Robert "Bo" Cofield, vice president and chief clinical operating officer of Lexington-based UK HealthCare, resigned.

2. Eloiza Domingo-Snyder, deputy chief diversity officer and senior director of diversity and inclusion at Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine, left for a new job opportunity.

3. Colette Nichols, CFO of Lancaster, Calif.-based Antelope Valley Hospital, resigned Nov. 20.

4. Springfield, Pa.-based Crozer-Keystone Health System appointed Sharif Omar CEO after the sudden resignation of Patrick Gavin.

5. Keith Parrott, CEO of Brookwood Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, Ala., is resigning at the end of the year.

6. Charlie Powell, president of the KentuckyOne Medical Group and Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, Ky., plans to depart for a new job opportunity.

7. John Schon, CEO of Dickinson County Healthcare System in Iron Mountain, Mich., will resign effective Dec. 31.

8. Lancaster, Calif.-based Antelope Valley Hospital CEO Michael Wall resigned Nov. 20.
