Jeep Wrangler owners coordinate rides to get physicians to work amid snow

A Facebook group of Jeep Wrangler owners in Alabama have organized themselves to coordinate rides for physicians and nurses amid snowfall, ice and inclement weather across the Tennessee Valley, WAFF 48 News reported Jan. 17.

Led by Jared Reeves, members of the Rocket City Wranglers have provided more than 500 rides to medical professionals to and from their places of work since snowfall began in the region.

"We do this out of necessity to make sure that the medical community is where they need to be in the event something happens," Mr. Reeves told WAFF 48 News.
