Minnesota Hospital Suspends CEO Following Prostitution Charges

North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, Minn., has suspended CEO David Cress without pay after the executive was arrested and charged with engaging in prostitution, according to a Star Tribune report.

Loren Taylor, chairman of the parent of North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, has been named interim CEO effective immediately.

Mr. Cress was one of a dozen men arrested at a Richfield, Minn., hotel during a daylong vice operation. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 15 on a misdemeanor charge.

Mr. Cress has led North Memorial since 2005.
