Gallup, N.M-based Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services, an integrated healthcare delivery system serving Northwestern New Mexico and Eastern Arizona, has named Karen Lautermilch as its new CEO, according to a B.E. Smith news release.
Ms. Lautermilch has 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and most recently served as chief patient officer for Highline Medical Center, a 270-bed, two-campus medical facility in Seattle, Wash. She holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland, and a master's degree in nursing from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada.
B.E. Smith conducted the nationwide CEO search for Rehoboth McKinley.
