Formativ Health, a New York City-based organization created by New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health and private equity firm Pamplona Capital Management, agreed to provide management services for The Care Centered Collaborative at The Pennsylvania Medical Society.
Under the agreement, Formativ Health will provide revenue cycle management, high touch patient access and administrative and operational support for physician practices across Pennsylvania, the organizations said via news release.

"From patient registration to reimbursement, Formativ will help independent medical practices adhere to ever-changing regulations while preserving physician-led, team-based care and the doctor-patient relationship."
