Oracle Cerner expands relationships with global health systems

Oracle Cerner increased its total beds contracted outside of the U.S., and the EHR giant's customer base now consists of 2,389 acute inpatient hospitals, including 1,052 non-U.S. clients.

Oracle Cerner was named the global leader in EHR market share in 2021 by KLAS Research, according to its growth report published July 7. 

Here are some of the health systems outside of the U.S. that added and expanded relationships with Oracle Cerner:

  1.  Champion Hospital in Kuwait.

  2. Brockville General Hospital, Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Lennox and Addington County General Hospital, Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital, Providence Care and Quinte Health Care, all based in Ontario.

  3. London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust and East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust all based in the U.K.

  4. Austin Health and SA Pathology based in Australia.

  5. Emirates Health Services in the United Arab Emirates.

  6. Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar.
