Three health systems have been praised for their company culture, putting them on workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform Comparably's 2023 list of the 200 best company cultures.
Comparably collected ratings given by employees who provided anonymous assessments of their employers on Comparably.com between November 2022 and November 2023. The rankings were established through a set of queries covering 16 cultural metrics, including compensation, career advancement, leadership and work environment.
Here are the three health systems that made the "Best Company Culture" list in 2023:
- Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas) — No. 57.
- Northside Hospital (Atlanta) — No. 63.
- UT Health San Antonio (Texas) — No. 86.
