New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Northwell Health announced new appointments to the leadership team.
The health system named Jason Naidich, MD, senior vice president and executive director of Northwell's central region. He has held a number of management positions within Northwell's imaging services. He serves as chair of radiology at the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine, a role he will continue in addition to his new appointment. Dr. Naidich succeeds Chantal Weinhold, who oversaw Northwell's central region. Ms. Weinhold will now serve as senior vice president and organizational senior executive coach at Northwell.
Jesse Chusid, MD, will serve as senior vice president and executive director of imaging services as well as chair of radiology at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, N.Y., and Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park. Most recently, he was vice chair of quality and informatics for imaging services as well as associate medical director at North Shore University Hospital.
Cindy Kubala, RN, Northwell Health's administrative vice president of imaging services, will retire at the end of the year. Prior to her current role, Ms. Kubala served as the first executive director of Northwell Health Imaging at Center for Advanced Medicine in Lake Success, N.Y. David Seligman will succeed Ms. Kubala. Mr. Seligman joined the Northwell radiology team in April, after serving as senior director of system operations.
