Mayo Clinic's chair of marketing on the inspiration behind the system's new campaigns

Molly Biwer, senior vice president and chair of marketing at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic said the health system's new campaign inspiration is drawn from the innovations and technology the system is working on, MM+M reported April 26. 

"From the surgical robotics to AI to the Mayo Clinic platform, the technologies are visual representations of the kind of innovations we use with our patients every day in our hospitals," Ms. Biwer told the publication. "[The campaign] brings our bold forward strategy of 'cure, connect, and transform' to life."

The six video ad campaigns focus on the message of healthcare achievements which once seemed impossible becoming possible. 

The ads will air nationally and locally and aim to inspire trust in consumers as well as remove patient barriers to accessing care and clinical trials, according to Ms. Biwer.
