Gundersen St. Joseph's Hospital and Clinics broke ground on a new clinic in Elroy, Wis., partially paid for through a $6 million state grant, the La Crosse Tribune reported Feb.1
The facility will eventually be totally energy-independent through solar panels and geothermal energy. The clinic will have 10 exam rooms.
Construction on the clinic will take nine months.
