Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System bought 15 acres of land for $8.98 million adjacent to a 67 acre site the health system purchased last year, according to the Orlando Business Journal.
While Adventist representatives did not immediately reveal plans for the site, the latest 15 acre purchase would restrict Adventist to a maximum of 145,000-square-feet of construction, according to the report.
The land purchased is located in LakeNona, a 7,000-acre mixed-use planned community within Orlando, Fla.
