9 Providence Medical Group Practices in Ohio Receive Medical Home Recognition

Nine more primary care practices with the Providence Medical Group in Dayton, Ohio, have earned Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home certification, the National Committee for Quality Assurance's highest standard for quality patient care, according to a Cincinnati Enquirer report.

The practices include:
  • Beavercreek (Ohio) Commons Family Practice
  • Farmersville (Ohio) Medical Center
  • Germantown (Ohio) Medical Associates
  • Lugo Family Practice in Centerville, Ohio
  • Medway (Ohio) Medical Center
  • Suburban Family Practice in Huber Heights, Ohio
  • Sugarcreek Family Medicine in Bellbrook, Ohio
  • Waynesville (Ohio) Health Care

More than 24,000 patients in the Dayton area will receive primary care from Providence Medical Group NCQA-recognized medical homes, according to the report.
