Brian Gragnolati Named Senior Vice President of Johns Hopkins Health System to Oversee Clinical Integration

Brian Gragnolati, president and CEO of Bethesda, Md.-based Suburban Hospital, has been named senior vice president of the Johns Hopkins Health System, according to a Johns Hopkins news release.

Effective March 1, Mr. Gragnolati will lead the new Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Community Division in an effort to increase clinical integration across systems. As part of this effort, Mr. Gragnolati will create a Community Division Coordinating Council that will include leaders from Johns Hopkins' three community hospitals—Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, Hopkins’ Clinical Practice Association and Johns Hopkins HealthCare—as well as from both homecare companies, community-based ambulatory care and several support functions.

As JHM transitions the management of its community hospital relationships to the Community Division, Mr. Gragnolati will continue his position as president and CEO of Suburban Hospital.
