1. Shenandoah (Iowa) Medical Center announced it selected Allscripts Sunrise Open electronic health record system to shift to value-based care.

2. Houston-based Memorial Hermann Physician Network announced it selected DocBookMD as its mobile communication solution.

3. Burlington, Mass.-based Lahey Health announced it selected Phytel's population health and population engagement platform. 

4. Florida Blue announced a go-live using Jiva, ZeOmega's population healthcare management solution.

5. Tucumcari, N.M.-based Dan C. Trigg Memorial Hospital announced a go-live using Epic's EHR system. 

6. Denver, Col.-based Sister of Charity of Leavenworth Health System announced it selected Allscripts' EPSi solution to standardize its financial decision support.
